Last night was simply amazing at the Gallery. We had a huge crowd of guests, and Gallery artist Yure Alencar lit up the night with a live foundry pour in front of the Gallery. Yure brought what is basically a portable volcano to melt bronze--it was fantastic! He then did a live splatter pour to create some unbelievable free-form shapes in molten bronze, right on the sidewalk! Can't wait to see the finished, polished product.
